At Programming Plus, you don't need secret handshakes or elaborate rituals to get some technical support. We keep it simple. Phone, fax or email. We have a staff of four full-time techs, and a real person answering the telephone. If we can't assist you immediately, our goal is to respond to all requests for technical help within four hours. Programming Plus also sponsors User Group meetings to give users an opportunity to talk about common problems and share tricks or shortcuts.
If you email our techs for support, don't forget to attach all the necessary files, e.g., .DSN geometry files and .ICD tool path files. When only the .DSN file is sent, the techs don't have your tool paths. Also, please Zip large files. |

Support Policies
Hours Our techs are available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
On Site help Our standard support plan does not include on-site technical support. If you need a tech to come to your facility, we can invoice separately for that service. Contact us at support@programmingplus.com or call us at 262-786-3500 for details.
Post Processors Each product we offer comes with a limited library of post processors. As a standard aspect of our tech support we tweak this post processors at no charge. We often will even write new posts if needs at no cost if the machines is straight forward. Complex machine tool posts may have to be quoted due to the time required to code the post.
